Possible alternatives to the espresso - Part 1

As I have said in the previous page I decided to analyze some alternatives to the traditional Italian espresso or cappuccino explaining their recipes.

Today we are starting from the Moroccan Coffee or simply "Moroccan";
Ingredients for one cup:
  • 1 espresso
  • 2 spoons of cocoa powder
  • milk
  • sugar (as you like)
Make an espresso (both with a moka pot and with a bar coffee machine) and pour it in a glass cup which is slightly bigger than the typical coffee cup. Dust it with a spoon of cocoa powder and add the heavy cream until the cup is completely filled almost to the brim. Then dust again with the other spoon of cocoa powder and add sugar as you like.
A piece of advice for greedy people is to add some whipped cream with liquefied chocolate.
