Let me introduce myself in the web; I'm Valentina and I'm attending my third year at "SSML Gregorio VII" university in Rome with about 20 other crazy people (alias, my colleagues). I come from Albinia, a little town in Southern Tuscany that surely anybody knows, but it is only 5 km far from the sea and it is surrounded by huge green lands. 

Now let's see...why creating this blog? First of all it is important to underline that I've never been a blogger and I've never written articles or publications, so, if the finished product won't satisfy the audience, please don't be too critic, because I'm a beginner. So this blog was created to satisfy the need to communicate with the world and, what is the best way to keep in contact with people? INTERNET. During the first days I have been stopped by the fact that I didn't know exactly what I wanted to communicate, but after long careful considerations and a series of questions to which I tried to answer I understood that I wanted to transmit my idea of the rediscovery of nature and everything which is at the basis of our existences. Now I know that many of you are thinking "ok, here is the same old reprimand about environment, pollution, exploitation of natural resources..." and so on and so forth; but it won't be like this, I promise! Obviously we are going to talk about environment, but we aren't going to make the same old discussions, on the contrary we are going to talk about the return to our origins, to our traditions in all sectors, paying particular attention to the food one because I am a Slow Food member, but I'm going to talk about this association in other posts.
